Peter Rabbit Lone star
Working on this quilt gave me a big head. Gee, I do nice work. The traditional Lone star pattern combined with the old fashioned Peter Rabbit print fabric just called for quilted feathers. The quilting was done by hand guided free motion. I used a high loft batting to make it stand out. This gives extra cushion for baby on the floor. |

What a fun pattern this is! With dotted fabrics of every color the appliqued beach balls seem to move across the quilt. The fabric on the back is the perfect compliment. The swirling quilt pattern, done on our longarm machine, makes me think of the wind pushing a ball down the beach. |
